Quality Assurance Auditor - Littleton Area

Pay: DOE, please submit their target salary along with their resume.

•Draft, review, and update quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
•Become familiar with SQF code and HACCP in order to act as SQF Practitioner
•Perform internal audits and continuously improve audit program by reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality systems
•Complete and submit audit reports
•Track corrective actions and collaborate with operations to ensure timely resolutions
•Collaborate to create, implement, and improve external audit program
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
•Act as ambassador for third party audits
•Collect and compile statistical quality data
•Attend ongoing training as needed to maintain certification to conduct audits
•Lead Management Review
•Review and update HACCP Plan
•Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
•Perform Verifications and Validations.
•Responsible for document management systems

Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, HACCP, SQF
•Internal and External Auditing experience
•Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
•Product or industry-specific experience
•Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
•Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
•Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
